Hot Yoga: Heated to 100 deg. and over. Be prepared to sweat! Intermediate to more conditioned practitioners. Hydrate before class. Bring water and a towel. Beginners may attend if they are use to heat and moving dynamically. Truth is, you will develop a sense of being with the heat, even if you are not use to moving in a temperature of 100 deg.  First hot class will be a challenge, regardless of your involvement in other activities. Remember, the goal is to make PROGRESS, not be PERFECT. The Primary requirement is ‘commitment”. Sweat, De-tox, Walk through the Fire. Are you Ready? (Beginners – if you are hydrated and willing to work, please join us!)

Warm Community Yoga: ALL Levels.  No experience necessary! Fun for EveryBODY!  This class will rock your soul, be prepared to work and play! Space will be heated to 85-89 deg. You will sweat!  Change is possible, FUN is guaranteed!

Warm Flow & Stretch Yoga: Looking for some flow AND stretch AND heat? This class will wake the body in a healthy, happy way!  Half flow postures and half long stretching postures on the floor in a warm space. Beautiful relaxation at the end. No experience necessary, an all levels class. Warm space 80-85deg.

Guided Meditation: NO experience necessary. Relax and renew. Leave the past and future behind and practice dwelling in each present moment, BE HERE NOW.  Props available – blankets, bolsters, blocks, and eye bags. You’ll likely enjoy bringing your own props if meditation becomes a regular practice. Cool Space, 70 deg. No experience necessary.

Beginner Yoga: For the newbie. Detailed instruction and slow non-demanding poses. No inversions offered. Great for any body type and any age. Space will be 75 degrees.

Community Yoga: Beginner to advanced. No experience necessary!  Temp around 82-85 deg. Fun is guaranteed! Sweating will probably happen.  All levels class.

Restorative Yoga: Relax, renew, and unwind. No standing poses – just melting into the mat with the support of bolsters, straps, blocks, and eye bags. Cultivate the art of letting go. It’s like being asleep while you’re still awake – that relaxing! Wonderful for all levels of practitioners. COOL space, 70-75 deg. No experience necessary.

Strength & Mobility: This mid-morning class is a combination of long stretches, balancing postures, and maybe throwing in some flow sequences to energize, strengthen and mobilize your body and bring clarity to the mind space. The pace will be slow and steady for EveryBODY, but also suitable if you are new to yoga – because anything can be modified! The temp will be 78-80 deg. not too warm, not too cool. A class for beginner to advanced practitioners.

Happy Hips & Hammies: This class will focus on opening tight hips and hamstrings. Everyone needs this class!  Open hips and hamstrings are the gateway to moving into every posture.  Studio will be moderately warm.  Practitioners Beginner to Advanced will benefit from this class. No experience necessary. Temp around 75-80 deg.

Long, Slow, Deep: Exactly what it says.  Long holds, slow movement, moving deep into tissue and muscles. Perfect transition into Restorative yoga or an equally as perfect warm up to a dynamic class. Studio will be around  75-80 deg. No experience necessary.

Pilates: Pilates is for everyone, any age, sedentary to athletic.  It is for people who are strong or weak, flexible or inflexible. It is for pregnant women, and those seeking rehabilitation from injuries, and often recommended by doctors, physical therapists and chiropractors. Pilates is used as a complete fitness program as well as a supplement to other methods of fitness. It is a tool to educate the body to have better posture and move in a more efficient way. Pilates is for those who want to look and feel better. It is for those who strive to function at an optimal level, pain-free. Pilates is for those who seek balance in life, wanting to change their lives for the better by enhancing the mind while strengthening the body. Pilates is for anyone and everyone! No experience necessary. Temp is cool 68-70 deg.

Sunrise Yoga: Wake up with the Sun!  Energize your body, mind and spirit. Move into your day with harmony and peace. This class is for ALL levels, beginner to advanced. Cool space, 75-80 deg. No experience necessary.

Mysore/Self Practice:  This practice is self guided with NO teacher present to assist.  There will be a cheat sheet of the primary series for new students to the practice.  You may drop in any time during the two hour practice. There will be a student there to check you in and take payment. The space will be a cool 70 deg. as body heat will build. Even though you may drop in at your convenience, it is always a good idea to arrive at the beginning of class if possible. A great practice for a seasoned Ashtanga practitioner.  Beginners ARE welcome!

Mysore/Teacher Assisted: This class is a traditional, lineage-based Ashtanga yoga practice that builds sequentially in terms of flexibility and strength as you progress through the series. This practice is self guided with a seasoned Ashtanga yoga teacher present to assist. There will be a cheat sheet of the primary series for new students to the practice. You may drop in any time during the two hour practice. There will be a Teacher there to check you in and take payment. The space will be a cool 70 deg. as body heat will build. Even though you may drop in at your convenience, it is always a good idea to arrive at the beginning of class if possible. A great class for those beginning a Mysore practice.

Yin Yoga: Yin Yoga is about taping into connective tissue, that taffy like substance found ALL over the body.  It takes time and patience to stretch connective tissue, but is SO worth the effort you put forth. In this class, postures will be held 3-5 minutes, all on the floor. A Yang practice without a Yin practice is an incomplete practice. Come full circle, develop flexibility and strength in the muscles you never thought possible. Yin gives the mind time to reflect, target and LET GO. You will be so happy you found Yin! Class temp. will be around 80 deg.

Open & Flow Yoga:  Come focus on being present whether sitting, standing, twisting, bending, or flowing, this energetic class supports the continual development of strength and grace, using breath awareness to connect the heart and mind with the body.  As best you can, open your heart and be at ease not only in the asanas but also in the movements that connect pose to pose.  Any yogi is welcome to join!! Temp 75-80 deg.

Sunday Night Candlelight Yoga: We will dim the lights and light a few candles for a meditative blend of slow, gentle flow and restorative poses to close the weekend. We will also use this time to set our positive intentions for the week to come. Appropriate for beginners and experienced yogis. Great class when early is not an option 8pm!

Buti Yoga: Do you need to practice letting go and shaking everything up so it can fall back into place just right? Want to get all of your Chakras spinning? Well then, Buti Yoga is your answer!“Buti” is a an ancient Sanskrit word that means “a hidden cure.” This is a dynamic asana practice, fused with primal movement, tribal dance and deep core engagement. Buti is all about tapping into the confident, powerful energy we have inside and using it to heal & improve our lives on the outside, and on top of all that, it’s FUN! Come ready to explore, connect and spark some seriously positive energy. When we are physically active, we create better, work better, and love better. Temp. 80 deg. YOU WILL SWEAT!

This is an ALL levels class, NO experience needed!

Presence, Purpose & Peace: Begin your day with long, deep stretches in a comfortable space, heated to 75 deg. Move into the present moment with purpose and peace and take the mindfulness you cultivate out into the rest of your day.  The perfect way to begin your day! This is a class for EveryONE! No experience needed.

Easy Flow & Stretch: Join us for a relaxing stretch with easy going flows. Great for beginners and suitable for any yogi who desires a tranquil yoga experience.

Wednesday Unwind: This is a time to unwind knowing that you are officially over the mid-week hump. Class will begin with focus on  breathing and meditation leading into restorative poses and a lengthy savasana. Feel free to wear your warm and comfy PJs and bring a warm mug of your favorite sleepy-time tea. Totally a class for EveryONE, especially when early does not work 8pm!

Slow Down.Pause.Reset: This mid-morning practice will set the pace for the entire day, allowing you to simply slow down, take a breath, pause in your moment, and reset your way of being. The temp. will be comfortable, 78-80 deg. and the class is for EveryBODY, beginner to advanced. Join US!

HOT Stretch: This class is exactly what it says, long slow postures, mostly on the floor for extensive body openings, hips, shoulders, spine, knees, hamstrings and wrists in a temperature of 99 deg. Even though you are moving slow, YOU WILL SWEAT! This class is the PERFECT entry into Hot Dynamic Yoga at 6pm! The perfect double UP!   Or, the PERFECT one class you attend in a day. Athletes, you NEED this class. A class EveryBODY can enjoy! No experience is needed, just a willingness to SWEAT!

Cardio and Core: Looking to build your cardiovascular system and core body strength? Well, this is your class! There will be some dynamic flow to pick up the rhythm of the heart, as well as some deep core work, which is the very base of strength in the body, specifically the spine. The temp. will be 75-80 deg.

Gentle Yoga: This gentle yoga class is designed to connect breath, alignment, and mindfulness with foundational yoga postures. You can expect a slow, playful approach as we explore fundamental standing, seated and lying poses. This practice is suitable for beginner through advanced yogis. Space is 75 degrees.
