Hot Yoga: Heated to 100 degrees. Be prepared to sweat! Intermediate to advanced. Hydrate before class. Bring water and a towel. Beginners may attend if they are use to heat and moving dynamically. Truth is, you will develop a sense of being with the heat, even if you are not use to moving in a temperature of 100 deg. First hot class will be a challenge, regardless of your involvement in other activities. Remember, the goal is to make PROGRESS, not be PERFECT. The Primary requirement is ‘commitment”. Warm Community Yoga: ALL Levels. No experience necessary! Fun for EveryBODY! This class will rock your soul, be prepared to work and play! Space will be heated to 85-87 deg. You will sweat! Change is possible, FUN is guaranteed!
Gentle Flow & Stretch Yoga: Beginner to advanced. Looking to relax and practice gentle poses and still move the body in a healthy, happy way? This is your class. Half gentle flow postures and half long gentle stretch postures on the floor. Beautiful relaxation at the end. No experience necessary. Cool space 75-80deg.
Warm Flow Yoga: Accessible to EveryONE. This class will flow constantly moving from one asana to the next. Great for those who want to transition into Hot Yoga or who may not care for Hot. Perfect for those looking for a little more cardio! Heated to 85 deg. No experience necessary.
Guided Meditation: NO experience necessary. Relax and renew. Leave the past and future behind and practice dwelling in each present moment, BE HERE NOW. Props available – blankets, bolsters, blocks, and eye bags. You’ll likely enjoy bringing your own props if meditation becomes a regular practice. Cool Space, 70 deg. No experience necessary.
Beginner Yoga: For the newbie. Detailed instruction and slow non-demanding poses. No inversions offered. Great for any body type and any age. Space will be 75 degrees.
Community Yoga: Beginner to advanced. No experience necessary! Temp around 80-85 deg. Fun is guaranteed! Sweating will probably happen. All levels class.
Restorative Yoga: Relax, renew, and unwind. No standing poses – just melting into the mat with the support of bolsters, straps, blocks, and eye bags. Cultivate the art of letting go. It’s like being asleep while you’re still awake – that relaxing! Wonderful for all levels of practitioners. COOL space, 70-75 deg. No experience necessary.
Morning Cup of Yoga: Better than coffee, these soothing poses will prepare your body to move through the day with ease or into another physical activity. Some postures will be seated, some will be standing, ALL will be appreciated by the body. Studio will be cool. A levels 1 & 2 class. And, you can bring your coffee! No experience necessary. Cool Space, 75-80 deg.
Happy Hips & Hammies: This class will focus on opening tight hips and hamstrings. Everyone needs this class! Open hips and hamstrings are the gateway to moving into every posture. Studio will be moderately warm. Practitioners Beginner to Advanced will benefit from this class. No experience necessary. Temp around 75-80 deg.
Long, Slow, Deep: Exactly what it says. Long holds, slow movement, moving deep into tissue and muscles. Perfect transition into Restorative yoga or an equally as perfect warm up to a dynamic class. Studio will be around 75-80 deg. No experience necessary.
Pilates: Pilates is for everyone, any age, sedentary to athletic. It is for people who are strong or weak, flexible or inflexible. It is for pregnant women, and those seeking rehabilitation from injuries, and often recommended by doctors, physical therapists and chiropractors. Pilates is used as a complete fitness program as well as a supplement to other methods of fitness. It is a tool to educate the body to have better posture and move in a more efficient way. Pilates is for those who want to look and feel better. It is for those who strive to function at an optimal level, pain-free. Pilates is for those who seek balance in life, wanting to change their lives for the better by enhancing the mind while strengthening the body. Pilates is for anyone and everyone! No experience necessary. Temp is cool 68-70 deg.
Sunrise Yoga: Wake up with the Sun! Energize your body, mind and spirit. Move into your day with harmony and peace. This class is for ALL levels, beginner to advanced. Cool space, 75-80 deg. No experience necessary.
Open and Flow: This class will leave you feeling wide open and exposed and that is a GOOD thing! Move through shoulders, hips, chest & heart openers through gentle flow that will change the way you view life. More spaciousness in the physical body, more spaciousness in the heart, making room for those we love and more spaciousness between thoughts – peace. Cool space, 75 deg., a class for EveryBODY! No experience necessary.

Mysore/Teacher Assisted: This class is a traditional, lineage-based Ashtanga yoga practice that builds sequentially in terms of flexibility and strength as you progress through the series. This practice is self guided with a seasoned Ashtanga yoga teacher present to assist. There will be a cheat sheet of the primary series for new students to the practice. You may drop in any time during the two hour practice. There will be a Teacher there to check you in and take payment. The space will be a cool 70 deg. as body heat will build. Even though you may drop in at your convenience, it is always a good idea to arrive at the beginning of class if possible. A great class for those beginning a Mysore practice.
Ashtanga Led Primary Series: This class is guided by a seasoned Ashtanga Yoga Teacher. The Teacher will guide you through the entire class, giving assistance when needed and variations when needed for the seasoned student or the beginning student. You can expect the same set of postures weekly. The space will be 70-75 deg. as you will build your own heat. A class for EveryBODY! Beginner to Advanced. A GREAT class to become familiar with the practice of Ashtanga Yoga!
Wednesday WarmUp: Make hump day your favorite morning of the week! Build just the right amount of energy to complete your work week! This class will be heated to 80 deg., not too hot, not too cool, just right! Class will begin with centering, moving into a gentle warm flow and ending with floor postures and a sweet relaxation at the end. A class for EveryONE! No experience necessary. Cool Space 75-80 deg.
Yin Yoga: Yin Yoga is about taping into connective tissue, that taffy like substance found ALL over the body. It takes time and patience to stretch connective tissue, but is SO worth the effort you put forth. In this class, postures will be held 3-5 minutes, all on the floor. A Yang practice without a Yin practice is an incomplete practice. Come full circle, develop flexibility and strength in the muscles you never thought possible. Yin gives the mind time to reflect, target and LET GO. You will be so happy you found Yin! Class temp. will be around 80 deg.
Fit Flow Yoga: Fit Flow Yoga blends core work, strength building and yoga for a fun, but challenging class. We will focus on slow movements, holds and breath work. Class will begin with meditative breathing and move through a variation of sun salutations and intervals of strength building and stretching. The space will be cool, 75 deg.
Sweet Sunday/Spiritual Flow: A 60 minute therapeutic yoga class that gets down to the natural rhythms of the earth and the Spirit within ourselves. Take an inward journey with spiritual readings, meditations, liberating yoga movements, poetry and classic yoga music that reminds us WE ARE MORE than the skin we are in. Give your heart a break from criticisms and unhealthy thoughts. Connect with YOU and find peace in remembering the root of who you are. All levels class open to anyone. Cool space 75 deg.
Mindful Flow Yoga: Come focus on being present whether sitting, standing, twisting, bending, or flowing, this energetic class supports the continual development of strength and grace, using breath awareness to connect the heart and mind with the body. As best you can, open your heart and be at ease not only in the asanas but also in the movements that connect pose to pose. Any yogi is welcome to join!! Temp 75-80 deg.
Power Hour: This class is exactly what it says! You will be guided through a series of asanas that are sure to get the heart rate up and bring strength into the entire body. Class will be a combination of longer power holds, movements and breath. As always, the ending will be a wonderful relaxation time for regathering and letting go. A GREAT class for anyone looking to bring strength into the body, mind and SOUL.
