Joe Taft believes in appreciating the miracle of life yet this can be a challenge for all of us. Through pausing and savoring the moment and learning to cultivate new patterns, we will start to rewire our system. In this workshop, we will rewire our bodies to improve our movement patterns using principles of alignment. And, when we shift our bodies we shift our minds. By corporating the practice of savoring into our yoga practice, we take steps in rewiring our brains and appreciate our lives more fully. In the same way that we savor fine food, we will savor positive experiences. All levels are welcome for this reboot!
